Every Club measures outcomes through NYOI. What’s missing isn’t data collection —it’s the ‘Study & Act’ loop that tracks whether recommended practices actually run.

Step I · Recalibrate

You bring what you already have — past assessments, your resume, the stories you tell about your work and the ones you don't. I read it together and tell you what it says: where you'd thrive, what conditions you need, and the honest tension between what you want and where you'd do your best work.

The process has not been about building an impressive version of me. It’s been about removing the overcompensation and finding the clearest, most credible version of what I already do well.
