Where you’d actually flourish might not be where you’re aiming.
That’s the question almost nobody asks you.
Career advice assumes the goal is the goal — get the title, get the offer, get out. But you can land exactly the role you’ve been chasing and be miserable in it, because the thing that makes you good at your work and the thing that makes you happy at work aren’t automatically the same.
Sometimes the answer is a new role. Sometimes it’s the same one, differently. I’ll help you figure out which—then get there.
The process has not been about building an impressive version of me. It’s been about removing the overcompensation and finding the clearest, most credible version of what I already do well.

Career Clarity Sprint
You get a 60-minute deep dive with me and 2 weeks of strategic support your momentum.
-
You'll complete an intake that surfaces what you actually want, what's been stopping you, and where you've already tried. Send me anything you want me to read first — a résumé, a half-finished plan, a job post you keep going back to.
-
You'll complete assessments on values, strengths, and how you prefer to solve problems. This will show us what conditions you need to do your best work — and can name them out loud when you're evaluating an opportunity.
-
We build a scoring model from your results—the conditions that actually matter to you, weighted by how much they matter. From then on, any job post can be run against it. Instead of "this seems fine, I guess," you get a number and, more usefully, the specific reasons a role scores where it does. It's the difference between a gut feeling you can't defend and a decision you can.
-
We work the plan, and I push where you're hedging. Between sessions I'm reachable by text or voice note for a gut check on a message, an offer, or a decision you're circling.

Recalibrate
From not knowing what you want to interviewing for it. Three months. Weekly sessions.

You'll complete assessments on values, strengths, and how you prefer to solve problems. Then you'll build three genuinely different versions of the next five years using the Odyssey Plan — not the path you're already on, three real alternatives, each with a timeline and an honest cost. By the end of month one you can say what you're looking for in a sentence.
-
We build a scoring model from your own criteria, weighted by what actually matters to you. From then on, any role can be run against it. Instead of "this seems fine, I guess," you get a number and the specific reasons behind it — the difference between a gut feeling you can't defend and a decision you can.
-
Your résumé and LinkedIn rebuilt around where you're going rather than where you've been. Then the LAMP list — a prioritized set of organizations, who you already know inside them, and what's actually open.
-
This is the part most people skip. Informational conversations, warm introductions, real humans instead of application portals. A warm introduction beats an application every time, and this is where the work turns outward.
-
Interview preparation, with your stories built and rehearsed until they sound like you rather than a script. Negotiation, including deciding your number before anyone asks for it. And the follow-through on whatever's live.
-
I'm reachable by text or voice note when you need a gut check on a message, an offer, or a decision you keep circling.
-
A defined target. A scoring model you'll use for years. A résumé and profile that say the right thing. A live pipeline of real conversations. And at least one process underway.
$6,500 or $5,850
For leaders who are staying and want the role to work. Three months. Weekly sessions.
Executive Coaching
-
Most senior leaders lose a third of their week to meetings that don't need them. We'll audit your standing commitments, sort what's genuinely a meeting from what's a written update, and rebuild the week around the work only you can do.
-
The capacity you recover goes to your team. We'll map what you're holding that should sit with someone else, and build the delegation and coaching habits that develop them rather than just offloading to them.
-
Strong leaders routinely under-communicate their impact upward. We'll build the language that connects your team's work to business outcomes, and prepare the conversations that matter — resources, scope, advancement.
-
Weekly sessions. Practices implemented immediately and reviewed the following week. The work happens in your role, not in our calls. Reachable between sessions by text or email.
-
A calendar that reflects the level you're working at. A team carrying more. Language for your contribution that reaches the people who allocate resources. And a clear answer on whether this role can hold what you want from it.

What free tools can’t tell you
Most career tools sort by role, level, location, and salary. They’re good at that aggregating existing data, and several of them are free.
None of them can tell you whether you’d thrive there.
Employee reimbursement
Many employers cover part or all of this through professional development budgets—most of which go unspent because nobody asks. I’ll provide whatever documentation you need.
Not sure where to start?
A 20-minute call sorts it out. No pressure, ever.
