That’s the question almost nobody asks you.
Career advice assumes the goal is the goal — get the title, get the offer, get out. But you can land exactly the role you’ve been chasing and be miserable in it, because the thing that makes you good at your work and the thing that makes you happy at work aren’t automatically the same.
Sometimes the answer is a new role. Sometimes it’s the same one, differently. I’ll help you figure out which—then get there.
Where you’d actually flourish might not be where you’re aiming.

What free tools can’t tell you
Most career tools sort by role, level, location, and salary. They’re good at that aggregating existing data, and several of them are free.
None of them can tell you whether you’d be thrive there.
Choose the level where you’re feeling stuck
Level I · Recalibrate
“ I don't know what I actually want.”
You bring what you already have — past assessments, your resume, your real history. I read it all together and tell you what it says: where you'd genuinely thrive, what conditions you need, and the honest tension between what you want and where you'd do your best work.
Sometimes that points somewhere new. Sometimes it points at what would have to change where you are.
You leave with a clear read on yourself, and a real map of what fits—the roles, environments, and organizations where you'd actually perform.
Digital intake, plus two working sessions.
$525
Level II · Reposition
“I know what I want, but I can’t make anyone else see it.”
Everything in Recalibrate. Then I help you turn twenty years of experience into something that reads clearly at the level you're targeting — and we build the strategy for who needs to see it and how.
You leave with your identity statement and the materials that make your case — a resume and LinkedIn if you're moving, or the language and positioning to be seen differently where you already are.
Everything above, plus three working sessions.
$1,500
Level III · Relaunch
“I know what I want, I can say it, and I’m still not moving.”
Everything in Recalibrate and Reposition. Then I stay in it with you, week to week—the conversations, the interviews, the rooms you're walking into, the moments you second-guess yourself.
You leave with real movement on the decision you came in with, and the accountability that keeps it from stalling.
Weekly sessions, async support between them.
$2,500/month
(three-month minimum)
The process has not been about building an impressive version of me. It’s been about removing the overcompensation and finding the clearest, most credible version of what I already do well.
