We start with a brief discovery, then I turn it into a clear read on where you'll actually thrive and a concrete plan to get there. It's not another assessment that hands you a personality type and leaves you there — it connects everything you already know about yourself into one picture.

Three parts. First, a guided intake you complete on your own — past assessments, your resume, and a few questions that get underneath the usual answers (about 45 minutes). Then I synthesize all of it into your Clarity Report. Then we meet twice: once to go deep on what makes you you at work, and once to walk through your results, name what you couldn't name before, and map your next moves.
